Marshal Ravenguard commands [[Baldur's Gate]]'s military forces and has been actively deploying adventuring parties to disrupt [[Cult of the Dragon]] operations throughout the region.

=== Role in Campaign ===
At the Council of [[Waterdeep]] in [[Session 43 - The Council of Waterdeep|Session 43]], when [[Shade]] asked if Deez Nuts' deputy status gave them "kill on sight" authority over the Bronze Blades, Marshal Ravenguard quickly shut down the request.

He defended the Bronze Blades as one of the adventuring parties he had personally sent to disrupt cult plans, noting their work has been "invaluable in preventing the cult from gaining more power than they already have." He instructed Deez Nuts to offer any assistance possible to the Bronze Blades if encountered.

Marshal Ravenguard had commissioned Sir Cedric and the Bronze Blades to investigate dragon activity in Garmok's Mine area, giving them official backing for their mission.
