* <code>effects</code> — comma list of tags; <code>match</code> = <code>Any</code> (default) or <code>All</code>, assembled into <code>HOLDS</code> clauses with <code>#arraymap</code>. The connectives are unspaced between parenthesized clauses on purpose — parser-function arguments are whitespace-trimmed.
