Gloves of Swimming and Climbing
The Gloves of Swimming and Climbing are a pair of magical gloves that grant the wearer enhanced abilities for both swimming and climbing. These gloves were looted from defeated Drow warriors in Garmok's Mine.
Appearance
A pair of gloves enchanted to aid in movement through difficult terrain, whether aquatic or vertical.
Properties
The Gloves of Swimming and Climbing provide the following benefits to their wearer:
- Enhanced climbing ability
- Improved swimming capability
The exact mechanical benefits (advantage on checks, climbing speed, swim speed, etc.) have not yet been fully identified.
History
These gloves were originally worn by a member of the Drow raiding party led by Commander Vyran T'sarran. After the party defeated the drow forces in combat during Session 46, the gloves were looted from the fallen warriors along with other treasure.
