Cloudcrown Vale was a community of sky-watchers in the foothills of the Spine of the World, who read the stars and kept star-charts of things to come — the fourth site in the Harpers' ledger of cullings.

The treants that warded the vale were found split by lightning.

The file on this site was reopened after the Prophecy of the Thorn-Born Star came to light. The Harpers, working alongside the wizards of the Arcane Brotherhood, are re-investigating every entry in the ledger of cullings; new findings appear in Gootcha's Harper book as they are made.
