Narthalas

Narthalas was a village in the Glimmerwood — the home of Keyleth, and the last entry in the Harpers' ledger of cullings.

The files hold almost nothing — the fire was thorough. For decades every ledger entry closed with the same line, no known survivors — until the Prophecy of the Thorn-Born Star's third stanza reached the Harpers and their archives connected the burning of Narthalas to the older cullings. The ledger was wrong: Keyleth lived. She is the Thorn-Born Star.

The file on this site was reopened after the Prophecy of the Thorn-Born Star came to light. The Harpers, working alongside the wizards of the Arcane Brotherhood, are re-investigating every entry in the ledger of cullings; new findings appear in Gootcha's Harper book as they are made.
