Overview
The High Blue Tower is a location within Skyreach Castle that houses Escarlotta's chambers. Access to these chambers is restricted—they can only be reached by speaking Escarlotta's name. Escarlotta uses the castle's alarm system to summon the party when she needs to communicate with them.

Campaign Events
Through the use of the 'Alarm' and 'All Clear' alerts of Skyreach Castle, Escarlotta summoned the party to her chambers in the High Blue Tower. After Shade's communing ritual, Escarlotta had become more in tune with the living and the dead, appearing to the party as a translucent form. She delivered two messages from spirits: one for Xanphina ('Seek the Tower of Madness') and one for Gootcha ('Go to the Temple of Lost Souls').
