Session 10 – Blood and Echoes in the Dark

Summary
The descent into Wave Echo Cave continued, and while revelations were few, the bloodshed was plentiful. The adventurers found themselves in wave after wave of relentless combat — an unending grind of teeth, claws, and rage echoing through the ancient halls of the mine.
The party encountered multiple hordes of ghouls, swarms of stirges, and more bugbears than anyone reasonably expected to find in one place. Battle after battle pushed them to their limits, but through grit and sheer fury, they emerged victorious.
Xanphina proved her worth as the group's muscle, cutting through undead and beast alike with unflinching rage. Shade and Thurmin held the line with spells and divine wrath, while Brudur somehow managed to make it through an entire session without urinating on himself — a true milestone in character growth.
Exhausted but undefeated, the party made camp in an abandoned storeroom within the cavern. The eerie pulse of the cave's lingering magic surrounded them as they prepared to rest and press deeper when next they gather.
