Winding Water
The Winding Water is a river of the Sword Coast that flows out of the Serpent Hills to the sea north of the Trollbark Forest. The Trade Way crosses it at Boareskyr Bridge, where legend says Cyric slew Bhaal in 1358 DR and the water ran black for years.
Campaign Events
In Session 54, a Yuan-ti anathema swam down the river to Boareskyr Bridge and died coming out of it. Varram the White's trail leaves the Trade Way at the bridge and runs northeast along the river toward the Serpent Hills — the route Deez Nuts is currently following.
