Find Varram the White

The Council of Waterdeep has assigned Deez Nuts to locate Varram the White, a Wyrmspeaker of the Cult of the Dragon who has apparently lost the White Dragon Mask. Intelligence from the Harpers indicates that Varram is searching for the mask covertly, trying to conceal its loss from the rest of the Cult. Recovering the White Dragon Mask before Varram does would remove a critical resource from the Cult's ritual to summon Tiamat.

Varram the White is a dwarven Cult of the Dragon Wyrmspeaker, one of five high-ranking cultists each entrusted with a dragon mask. As Wyrmspeaker of white dragons, Varram wielded the White Dragon Mask—until he lost it, sparking a desperate secret quest to recover it before the cult leadership discovers his failure.

Appearance and Personality: Varram is a dwarf of considerable ambition but questionable competence. His position as Wyrmspeaker came more from political maneuvering within the cult than from actual strategic brilliance. Now, the loss of his dragon mask has exposed his inadequacy and left him in a precarious position.

The Lost Mask: The White Dragon Mask is one of five ancient artifacts the Cult of the Dragon seeks to unite. Each mask grants its wearer significant power over dragons of that color. Varram's loss of such a crucial artifact represents a catastrophic failure that could cost him not just his position, but his life.
