Organization
Items are organized by:
- Type - Category:Magic Items, Category:Weapons, Category:Armor, Category:Consumables
- Rarity - Common, Uncommon, Rare, Very Rare, Legendary, Artifact
- Current Owner - Which party member possesses it
- Campaign Arc - When it was acquired
Subcategories

Item Costs, Time to Create, and Prices
The costs to brew a potion, scribe a scroll, or craft a magic item are generally half the average selling price of the item. However, the time investment can be significant and brewing, scribing, and crafting all require a class feature or proficiency in the appropriate artisans' tools.
Artisans' Tools
The below table lists tools used for each activity. Depending on the item being crafted, one or another set of tools may be appropriate. For example, Alchemist's Supplies would be used for most potions but a Poisoner's Kit would be used for any poison's specifically.
Magic Items that are not potions, scrolls, weapons, or armor frequently have unique artisan tool requirements. To craft these magic items (like a Cloak of Protection), a character may instead hire an expert with the appropriate proficiency while doing the magical imbuement themselves. In this event, the character needs proficiency with a related artisan's tool set and the cost to hire the expert is 50% of the listed crafting cost.
Example: To craft a Cloak of Protection (uncommon magical clothing), the cost is 200 GP of material with proficiency with weaver's tools. A character with proficiency in any of the other artisan's tools used in magic item crafting can hire a weaver for total of 100 GP for the 10 days required to craft the item. This increases the crafting cost to 300 GP leaving a profit of 100 GP (on average). If the character were to find magical cloth or fibrous material used in the crafting, then the cost (200 GP) could be reduce partially or fully at the DM's discretion.

Brewing Potions
Brewing potions can be a good way to make money given the appropriate expertise, time, and supplies. When buying all ingredients the price of supplies is half the price of a potion on the open market.
Scribing and buying Scrolls
A character needs a class feature or proficiency in Calligrapher's Tools to be able to scribe scrolls. The cost of materials required for scribing is half the average selling price of the scrolls and is level dependent.
