The Harpers' Read
A skeleton is bone given motion by another's will — no mind of its own, only its raiser's orders. It is brittle: a crushing blow (a mace, a hammer, a falling rock) shatters it far better than a cut or a thrust. It feels no poison and no weariness. Bring blunt force, and where you can, deal with whatever raised it.
Encounters of Record
