Maccath the Crimson is renowned as the foremost dragon expert within the Arcane Brotherhood, a powerful organization of wizards based in Luskan. Her expertise on dragon lore, behavior, and magic is unparalleled, making her knowledge invaluable in understanding the Cult of the Dragon's plans.
Several months ago, Maccath traveled to the frozen north - specifically the Sea of Moving Ice - on a research expedition to study white dragons in their natural habitat. Since her departure, no one has heard from her, and she is now considered missing.
Maccath is known for being open about her travels and research. Unlike some wizards who work in secrecy, she does not conceal her comings and goings, which makes her prolonged silence all the more concerning.
