Delaan Winterhound (also referred to as Delon Winterhound) is a representative of the Emerald Enclave who participated in the Council of Waterdeep.
Background
Delaan represents the Emerald Enclave's interests in the fight against the Cult of the Dragon, advocating for the protection of nature from the cult's destructive activities.
Role in Campaign
Delaan was present at the Council of Waterdeep in Session 43, representing the Emerald Enclave alongside other faction leaders.
After the council, Delaan (referred to as Declan in some accounts) spoke with Karma, expressing surprise at all she had accomplished in such a short time with the Enclave. He was pleased to see another join the Scales of Eldath and promoted Karma to Rivercaller, bestowing an amulet that grants protective abilities.
