A druid of the Emerald Enclave, member of the Scales of Eldath order, who met the party at a druid circle in the Forest of Wyrms.
Background
Thalara Mistgrove is a Scale of Eldath, one of the orders within the Emerald Enclave. Unlike the Talons of Veylan who believe all evil chromatic dragons are abominations, the Scales of Eldath believe that even some evil dragons have their place in the natural balance—though not all.
Role in Campaign
Thalara recognized that Karma bears 'an aura of protection and balance' and invited her to walk the path of the Scales of Eldath if that truth resonated with her. After the party defeated Vaartox the Red, Thalara consoled Karma that some dragons cannot be reasoned with and must be removed from the balance. She observed that the frequency of dragons becoming abominations has increased, which she fears will continue as the Cult of the Dragon gathers more power. She bestowed upon Karma the rank of Grovekeep, the first rank in the Scales of Eldath.
