Barking Seal is the chieftain of the ice hunter clan living on Oyaviggaton in the Sea of Moving Ice.
Background
Barking Seal leads a clan of approximately 55 ice hunters (including children) who have been held hostage on Arauthator's iceberg for generations. Whenever the clan has attempted to flee, the dragon has killed half the village and hunted down the rest.
Personality
Barking Seal is cautious and protective of his people. He initially lied about the dragon being dead and proposed a combat challenge to try to make the party leave peacefully. He recognized the party as "mighty warriors" and tried to manage the situation diplomatically.
