Rezmir
The Black Dragon Lady, a fearsome leader within the Cult of the Dragon overseeing dragon egg operations.
Background
Rezmir is a high-ranking member of the Cult of the Dragon, responsible for guarding dragon eggs and running operations from Castle Naerytar in the Dead Moors. She commands both cultists and lizardfolk forces.
