The hall’s notice board often lists bounties, contracts, and messages from regional factions such as the Order of the Gauntlet and the Lords’ Alliance.
While technically the center of local authority, true power in Phandalin often flows around the hall rather than through it, as figures like Halia Thornton and Sister Garaele quietly influence events behind the scenes.
