Lead	What's known
Prophecy of the Thorn-Born Star	"Five heads rising from the shadow's root" — a prophecy of Tiamat's return. In S51 Maccath the Crimson formally took on the research for Gootcha; she will write up her dragon and drachhorn findings at the Host Tower of the Arcane, then travel to Waterdeep.
The Goosebear — is the honk the Draakhorn?	A legendary fear-honking chimera of the north; Shade suspects the "honk" may actually be the Draakhorn. Halvard Greyskein has repeatedly offered to bankroll an expedition to its treasure hoard in exchange for a cut — the offer renewed, post-cure, in S51.
Voaraghamanthar's lost hoard	The mine treasure was a Cult offering, not his hoard — his real hoard lies elsewhere, and his twin Waervaerendor may have revived him.
Arauthator's Mate (Arveiaturace)	Arauthator's mate survives in the far north — driven insane by the death of her own tiefling wizard companion, whose corpse she still carries. Maccath's S51 debrief revealed Arauthator abducted her as a candidate replacement companion for his mate. With Old White Death slain, the grieving, mad white dragon remains at large — a live threat.
The Mattock of the Titan mystery	Its mining magic blazed for one task then went dormant; the Svirfneblin want to know why.
The Compact's future debt	The reforged party owes Lady Calera / Zarchelia aid in a coming conflict, on Dispater's warrant.
The ice hunters' grudge	Bone Carver and the freed ice-hunter clan turned hostile after learning the party killed their missing brethren — a future blood-enemy.
The Eye of Gilbraxis — "at least one of them"	More than one Eye is implied to exist; the one Shade bears was a wizard before death.
The Sighing Masks — Cult splinter at large	The Cult of the Dragon cell behind the Halia waypoint attacks was never tracked down; identity, leadership, and whereabouts unknown.
Two patrons over the party's souls — Raven Queen vs. Dispater	Both the Raven Queen (through Gootcha's pact and her Soul Tokens) and the Hells (through Dispater / Zarchelia and the Compact) hold competing claims on the company. The Raven Queen blessed the infernal resurrection in S49, yet "has questions" about devils meddling in the natural order of death (S44) — a brewing conflict, or alliance of convenience, between death-goddess and archdevil. (S44, S49–50)
The Mind Gobbler still lives — and is adapting	The mythic illithid-made aberration beneath Garmok's Mine survived the party's retreat; per Ilyra Voss it learns from the magic used against it and grew a new mythic phase. It devoured every mind flayer near it. Left alive and growing stronger. (S45)
Ilyra Voss's agenda & the illithid colony	The drow has studied the Underdark aberrations for ~450 years alongside an illithid observer, and used the party as unwitting test subjects. Her true goals and the mind flayer presence under Garmok's Mine are unresolved. (S45–46)
~500 red coins still in the party's bag of holding	When the party melted Luskan's hoards (S51) they deliberately kept ~500 blood-red coins as evidence and props. They were never melted — still saturated with infernal energy, riding in the bag of holding (which shields their influence while they stay inside).
The Bronze Blades frame-job fallout	In S51 Shade convinced both Ship Kurth (via the cured dockmaster) and the Arcane Brotherhood (via the cured Zelene, Deception 26) that the entirely innocent Bronze Blades carry red coins and should be searched "thoroughly." Two factions are now primed to repeatedly strip-search the rival party — an unresolved comedic time bomb.
The Cult's Tiamat temple & Infernal ritual book (Garmok's Mine)	The party looted an Infernal-dialect ritual book from a Cult of the Dragon shrine to Tiamat inside the mine (S45) and read it via the Eye of Gilbraxis; its contents and the Cult's purpose there were never followed up.
Northern allies — Verithrax & Mick	An anti-Tiamat adult bronze dragon (Verithrax) and a friendly Marid genie (Mick, with a wish on cooldown) remain in the Sea of Moving Ice, sympathetic and unspent — potential allies for the Well of Dragons endgame. (S47)
The freed lair-peoples ally network	With Arauthator dead, the frost giant Hrimthur (pledged his axe, survived), the troll Ralph, and the ice-toad scholar Marfulb are standing favors and potential allies in the north. (S48–50)
House T'sarran's drow vendetta	The party killed Commander Vyran T'sarran and a drow priestess of a raiding party beneath Garmok's Mine (S46); their house may seek reprisal.
The Aboleth in the Underdark lake	The party appeased and fled an ancient aboleth lurking in a lake beneath Garmok's Mine (S46); aboleths nurse long memories.
The Derro's surface-trade ambitions / the "Bronze Blades" lie	Derro traders beneath Garmok's Mine want a surface trade route and were told by Shade that the Bronze Blades are "dwarves worth trading with" (S45) — a lie that could send the Derro looking for the real party.
Shade's mycelial visions	Myconid rapport spores gave Shade vivid hallucinations — a spectral winged creature and a mystical forest scene (S46). Whether they were meaningful foreshadowing is unknown.
Unexplored relics from Garmok's hoard	Two items from Garmok's Mine remain unexamined — a "strange crown" and a "funerary urn with unknown remains" (S44).
